Spray foam insulation is available in a choice of open or closed cell foam insulation. Open cell foam insulation is suitable where air and water vapour penetration is a concern. It is particularly suitable for insulating areas with different temperatures. The insulation foam is a perfect integral layer without joints and mechanical anchoring. Insulating foam with a closed cell structure, on the other hand, is a perfect airtight, vapour-proof and waterproofing barrier.

Proven and individual
The most commonly used foams are EXY 09, EXY 09 Plus and EXY 34 HFO. Depending on the application, we also offer a range of other foams with special properties.
Injected foams
Our foams feature full volume cavity filling for effective insulation against cold and heat. Depending on the application, open and closed cell foams are available.
Advantage: The foam can be easily injected through small holes, spread in the corresponding cavities and deliver its insulating effect there. In addition to building insulation applications, foams are used in the following areas: automotive, door, window and gate insulation, ship and boat insulation, mattress manufacturing and much more.
